About Adigiit

We built the agency
we wished existed.

The UK software market offered a false choice: expensive London agencies, or cheap offshore work with poor communication and no accountability. We built a third option — and we're direct about how it works.

How we're structured

UK accountability.
Global engineering.

Most offshore arrangements fail at the seam between management and engineering. The spec drifts. Feedback gets lost in Jira. The UK contact becomes a relay rather than an owner.

We fixed the seam. Every project has a UK-based lead who owns delivery end-to-end — not a project manager who passes tickets, but a senior engineer who makes technical decisions and is accountable for the outcome.

The India-based team are not contractors on a cost sheet. They're senior specialists we hire directly, on long-term retainer, for craft. The same engineers work on your product across its lifetime, not whoever happens to be available this sprint.

Our story

How we got
to where we are.

01

Why we started

After years of watching UK companies choose between bad-and-cheap and good-but-unaffordable, we decided to build something different. We'd seen offshore teams deliver poor communication and worse code. We'd seen London agencies charge rates that couldn't be justified by the output. Neither model was working for clients who just wanted software that shipped — on time, without drama.

02

How we built it

We started with process. Before hiring a single engineer, we mapped every place the typical UK-offshore arrangement breaks: unclear ownership, timezone lag, spec drift, handover failures. Then we designed around each one. UK lead on every project. Overlap hours protected. Documentation mandatory. PR review before anything touches client infrastructure.

Then we hired for craft. The India-based team are specialists we know and work with continuously — not a bench we draw from, not contractors engaged by the day.

03

Where we are now

We work with UK startups, scale-ups, and established businesses that want software built properly — web apps, mobile products, SaaS platforms and APIs. Our clients range from seed-funded founders who need a trusted technical partner, to heads of engineering at companies who need specialist capacity they can't find locally at the price the business can justify.

We're not trying to be the biggest agency. We're trying to be the one our clients recommend without being asked.

What we believe

Four things we
won't compromise on.

01 Accountability before excuses

We own our mistakes. When something goes wrong — and occasionally things go wrong — we fix it. We don't apportion blame to the spec, the timeline, or external dependencies. We deliver what we promise, and when we can't, we say so early enough for it to matter.

02 Honesty, especially when uncomfortable

We tell you what we think. If a feature is a bad idea, we'll say so before we build it. If the timeline is unrealistic, we'll explain why rather than agree and miss it. If the architecture will become a problem in six months, we'll flag it in the discovery — not in the post-mortem. Trust is built on honesty.

03 Quality is not a line item

We don't offer a tier where code quality is reduced for budget. Testing coverage, security practices, documentation, PR review — these are fixed costs on every engagement. Cutting them saves money in the build and costs it in the maintenance. We've seen enough maintenance horror stories to be firm on this.

04 Build for the second year, not just the launch

The decisions made in week two determine whether you're rewriting in month eighteen. We architect for the scale you're aiming for, not just the demo. We structure code for the developers who'll inherit it — which is often your own team. We're happy to say no to approaches that ship fast but break sooner.

The team

Two locations.
One accountable team.

The disciplines listed below are what each side of the team covers. On any given project, both sides are in the room — not in separate lanes.
